When will I get my letter?
We send out the sanctuary letters within 7 days of your first purchase.. US members typically receive it within 3-7 days of sending & International members should receive the letter within 2 weeks. Every month after your first order, you will be charged on the 15th & your letter will be sent out on the 20th of each month.What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing info?
Email us at sanctuaryletterclub@gmail.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email us before the 20th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending.What happens if I don’t receive my letter?
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (3-4 weeks for international). If your sanctuary letter doesn’t arrive, email us at sanctuaryletterclub.com and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your order confirmation to confirm your address is correct.

The detail on just the envelope had me feel like I just received mail from Hogwarts 😂🪄 Once, I touched the envelope and began to open it I felt a peaceful angelic energy wash over me. OK, OK it was a bit more than I expected. The detail of the card is incredible. The card was very soft to touch. Looked like it was from the past like worn a bit. Kind of brings you back in time. Like back to the future three when they go back to the past, feels like you’re getting a letter from the past then it has the wax seal on it kind of ties it all together. But on the inside, it is equally amazing OK maybe more. You open up the card delicately because you feel like you don’t want to break something so beautiful. Then the inside is jampacked with goodness. From the rose petals that are spread within to the tarot cards the welcome letter to the club. Although I didn’t quite understand the relevance of the cards to the message. I will have to do some study for their significance. Currently in the hospital, but I am happy to share better photos along with my thoughts and my sister's full reaction once I'm home. My sister is 13 years younger than I, we have different mothers. My letter arrived beautifully with a red wax rose seal and an artisan green envelope. Inside, rose petals greeted me as I pulled out my neatly packaged cards and letter pages which were tied with an adorable green strip of fabric. Inside was also a charm-a leaf-a symbol of new beginnings and growth. Or, perhaps also one of letting go so that eventually that new growth can occur. :) Either way, it sits on my altar for now. I had a beautifully illustrated Tarot card and an oracle card from The Rose Oracle. If you are familiar, you know the illustrations and energy are gorgeous, healing, uplifting, and penetrating to the soul (much like dear Ana's messages). Let me tell you about this sweet woman's letter. Not only did she speak to me during a livestream while packing my envelope, but she also sent me *three pages* of beautiful, hand-written divinely inspired encouragement. One thing that needs to happen is the envelope was so beautiful and delicate it literally dissolved before it arrived and the the mail carrier put it inside another envelope but all of the beautiful confetti and things that would normally go inside.
